What we are doing to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable stay...
🔹 Announcement 🔹
Due to the current circumstances with Covid-19, there have been a few changes to the way we operate here at Millendreath. We have been working very hard behind the scenes to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff, and we trust you'll understand and help us to stay a Covid Free Zone. We politely ask everyone to be patient at this time as we adjust to business in a whole new way. Below are some of the things we are doing and also ask you to do to help ensure everyone is safe and able to enjoy their time at Millendreath.
We are practicing social distancing of 2 meters, and ask our guests and visitors to please do the same around the resort, on the beach and in the woodland, in line with government guidelines.
We can no longer offer late check out or early check in, and ask guests to ensure they have vacated their holiday apartments by 10am sharp, to give our team chance to do the cleaning they require for future arrivals. Check in will be contactless, but will be NO EARLIER than 4pm, but in some circumstances could be a little later than 4pm if cleaning takes extra time. We ask you to be patient if this occurs, as we are extremely busy and have had to change our cleaning operations. We will take every precautionary measure to ensure your apartment is cleaned to the highest standard using hospital grade disinfectant, so you can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind, so please do not arrive to your apartment before 4pm.
We do suggest you bring with you hand soap, sanitiser, and toilet roll. Towels and bedding will be provided as well as a small amount of washing up liquid. We ask each guest to bag their linen in the liners provided to them so staff do not have to come into contact with used bedding and towels. We also ask that you take all rubbish down to the bin stores in the car park, and you recycle your own recycling at the bin stores also. We politely ask guests to leave the accommodation in a clean state to maximise the safety of staff and guests alike.
The Venus Cafe will be open 7 days a week and they are looking forward to welcoming you. Takeaway service will be available, and again they ask you to social distance please.
They have sanitiser stations in public areas and will be adopting one way systems to ensure social distancing and the highest hygiene measures are always met. They will have separate entrance and exits also.
Tables will be cleaned and sanitised in between customers, and they have disposable, fully compostable plates. They will be doing table service only in line with government guidelines.
Venus Cafe encourage you to book a table as they have slightly limited their capacity, and please be aware that they will ask for your details for track and trace in line with the government guidelines.
Please see the Venus Cafe page for current opening times.
(closed in adverse weather)
We are practicing the guidelines set out by the government at any given stage and we ask our customers to do the same.
Unfortunately, during this time, we are unable to offer cocktails. Seating will be a first come first served basis. We still have an extensive offering of draught Cornish beers, bottles, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Our Beach Bar will be open 7 days a week and we are looking forward to welcoming you.
