As everyone is aware, we are still in very uncertain times, with so many changes having to be made to every industry in order to keep everyone safe. We have had to change a few things here at Millendreath Beach Resort, and we'd like everyone to have a look, not just here but everywhere you plan to go, so you Know Before You Go and can be prepared for any restrictions you might face when travelling to or visiting places. www.visitbritain.org has some great resources for anyone looking to getaway and wanting to be prepared.
Due to the current circumstances with Covid-19, there have been a few changes to the way we operate here at Millendreath. We have been working very hard behind the scenes to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff, and we trust you'll understand and help us to stay a Covid Free Zone. We politely ask everyone to be patient at this time as we adjust to business in a whole new way. Below are some of the things we are doing and also ask you to do to help ensure everyone is safe and able to enjoy their time at Millendreath.
We are practicing social distancing of 2 meters, and ask our guests and visitors to please do the same around the resort, on the beach and in the woodland, in line with government guidelines.
We can no longer offer late check out or early check in, and ask guests to ensure they have vacated their holiday apartments by 10am sharp, to give our team chance to do the cleaning they require for future arrivals. Check in will be contactless, but will be NO EARLIER than 4pm, but in some circumstances could be a little later than 4pm if cleaning takes extra time. We ask you to be patient if this occurs, as we are extremely busy and have had to change our cleaning operations. We will take every precautionary measure to ensure your apartment is cleaned to the highest standard using hospital grade disinfectant, so you can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind, so please do not arrive to your apartment before 4pm.
We do suggest you bring with you hand soap, sanitiser, and toilet roll. Towels and bedding will be provided as well as a small amount of washing up liquid. We ask each guest to bag their linen in the liners provided to them so staff do not have to come into contact with used bedding and towels. We also ask that you take all rubbish down to the bin stores in the car park, and you recycle your own recycling at the bin stores also. We politely ask guests to leave the accommodation in a clean state to maximise the safety of staff and guests alike.
If you would prefer not to visit a shop on your way to the Resort, we do have a mini shop available at Guest Services providing all the essentials, beach gear, hats and some treats too. If you would like to know what we stock please let us know and we can send a price list, pack the shopping for you and have available outside Guest Services for you to collect using contactless payment. We are operating as a cash free resort currently so please use card payments only. We are allowing 1 person at a time into Guest Services which is where the shop is located.

We encourage you to book a table as we have slightly limited our capacity, and please be aware that we will ask for your details for track and trace in line with the government guidelines.

We are practicing social distancing of 2 meters, and ask our guests and visitors to please do the same in line with government guidelines. We have sanitiser stations in public areas and will be adopting one way systems to ensure social distancing and the highest hygiene measures are always met. We will only be serving drinks outside until guidelines change, and have separate entrance and exits also.
Unfortunately, during this time, we are unable to offer cocktails. We still have an extensive offering of draught Cornish beers, bottles and wine and soft drinks. We will be using disposable glass wear for drinks at this time. This does mean that drinks can be taken onto the beach from our Bar area.
